HANDMADE PIECES
Are all Jyil pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Jyil piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and intention. Depending on the design, a piece may be crocheted by hand, fully sewn using a sewing machine, hand-beaded, or finished with embellishments applied by hand. Jewelry is also individually assembled and beaded by hand. Because each item is created individually, slight variations in stitching, bead placement, color, shape, or other details are natural and part of what makes every piece unique.
What is the difference between ready-to-ship and made-to-order?
Ready-to-ship items have already been completed and are available in the size, color, and design shown. Made-to-order pieces are created after your order is placed and require additional production time.
Will my item look exactly like the website photo?
Your item will follow the same overall design shown in the product photos. However, slight variations may occur because each piece is individually handmade. Stitching, crochet work, bead placement, embellishments, color, or shape may vary slightly. Screen settings may also cause colors to appear different in person.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders are available for select designs. Customization may include sizing, color, length, fabric, beadwork, embellishments, or certain design details. Availability depends on the requested piece, available materials, and the current production schedule.
How do I request a custom piece?
Visit the Customs page and submit an inquiry with information about the item you would like, your preferred colors, measurements, and design details. You will be contacted to discuss availability, estimated pricing, production time, and the next steps.
Can I order an existing design in a different color?
Many designs can be created in another color when the appropriate materials are available. Yarn, fabric, beads, charms, and embellishments may vary by season, so an exact color or material match cannot always be guaranteed.
Can I request different beads, charms, or embellishments?
Some designs may be customized with different beads, charms, or embellishments when suitable materials are available. Changes may affect the final price and the amount of time needed to complete the piece.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Contact Jyil Handmade Apparel as soon as possible to request a change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once materials have been purchased, fabric has been cut, or production has started.
SIZING AND FIT
Can my item be made using my measurements?
Many made-to-order and custom garments can be created using your personal measurements. The product description or custom-order instructions will explain which measurements are required for your piece.
How do I choose the correct size?
Review the sizing information listed on the product page and compare it with your current body measurements. Because handmade sizing may vary by design, do not rely only on the size you normally purchase from other stores.
How should I take my measurements?

What happens if I submit incorrect measurements?
Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate measurements. Jyil Handmade Apparel cannot guarantee the fit of a custom-sized piece when incorrect measurements are provided.
ORDERING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are sold-out pieces restocked?
Some items may be restocked, while others are limited designs or depend on material availability. Join the email list to receive updates about restocks, new collections, and special releases.
How should I care for my handmade piece?
