AGE IS A GUIDE
Age is only a general guide because babies grow at different rates. Use current measurements whenever possible.
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT
Choose the first size that comfortably accommodates the baby’s height and weight.
CROCHET STRETCH
Crochet naturally stretches, but never choose a smaller baby size only because the garment is crocheted.
NEAR THE MAXIMUM
Select the next size up when the baby is close to the maximum height, weight or chest measurement.
