I understand that submitting this form is an inquiry and does not guarantee acceptance of my custom order.
I understand that the $10 custom design fee covers the creation of my mockup. If I choose to move forward with the custom order, whether the original design is approved or revisions are requested, the $10 fee will be applied toward the total cost of my custom piece. If I decide not to proceed after the mockup has been created, I understand that the $10 design fee is non-refundable.
I understand that a 25% deposit of the total custom order price is required before work on my custom piece begins. I also understand that the remaining 75% balance will be due once my custom piece is complete and must be paid in full before the item is shipped.
